Swimming Rank App does not collect nor pass on any personally identifiable
information. All data is stored locally
on your iPhone/iPad. The App will make
requests to our central server for swimmer and ranking information. The server
does not record nor track any of the requests.
All
subscription information is maintained by Apple and we do not have access to
the information.
Changes
We
may find it appropriate or necessary to update this Policy from time to time.
When we do, we will post those changes on this page (http://www.swimmingrank.com/app_privacy.html). It is your responsibility to review this Policy
periodically to remain informed about any changes to it.
Subscription
To
use this App, you must purchase either a non-renewable (3 month or 6 month) or
auto-renewable (12 month) subscription.
At the end of the subscription period, you will not have access to the
information contained in the App without purchasing another subscription. We offer a FREE 1 month subscription for you
to try the App. If you do not want to
purchase a subscription, but want to have access to the information that is
contained in the App, you can use our website http://www.swimmingrank.com. The website
is supported by Ads and does not require a subscription.
